Welcome to Peacock Pines

By booking a stay at Peacock Pines LLC ("the Park"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your arrival.

Reservations & Payment

All reservations must be confirmed with the Park owner prior to arrival. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with our policies.

Rules of Stay

  • Maximum of 6 RVs on the property at any time. (Vehicles park in the rear.)
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and tidy.
  • Open fires are permitted only in designated fire rings.
  • Pets are welcome but must be kept in a fenced yard or under control at all times and must be cleaned up after. (If you are bringing a horse, please include that in your guest information.)
  • Guests must respect the farm animals and not feed or disturb them without permission.
  • No hunting or trapping on the property.
  • Speed limit on property roads is 5 mph.

Arkansas River Access

Guests use the Arkansas River shoreline at their own risk. Peacock Pines LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that occur at or near the river. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water.

Internet Usage

Free, unlimited high-speed internet is provided as a courtesy. Guests may not use the internet for illegal activities. Peacock Pines LLC reserves the right to terminate internet access for any guest who violates this policy.

Liability

Peacock Pines LLC is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of personal property. Guests stay at their own risk. By booking a stay, guests agree to hold Peacock Pines LLC harmless from any claims arising from their stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
