Lease agreements for long and short term  rentals are available to read here. 

• Property owner resides on site and will be available to see to the needs of renters. 
•  Residents and guests must behave in a manner that will not negatively impact other residents. (This includes a restriction on unlawful behavior, disruptive gatherings, or destruction of property)
• All rental contracts (yearly, monthly or weekly) will be required to carry renter's insurance.
