If you are an RV owner working with RVShare and are tired of renting out your RV and having to deliver it, set it up, clean it, pick it up and hope that it was taken care of... we've got you! What you need is an attractive location with activities and stay enhancements which will draw customers to rent your RV. Peacock Pines will act on your behalf as a management company to greet your guests, keep an eye on your rig, refresh and clean it when they leave and you don't have to worry about the hassles. Six Sites. Six Characters.
Each site is private, pine-lined, and 18 × 150 ft with full hookups and level gravel sites.. RVs pull in or back in off the gravel roundabout road. Guest vehicles park in the back lot — no cars weaving through camp.
One of the 6 sites is reserved for daily & weekly guests. Long-term renters pay metered water & electric; internet, sewer dump, and trash are included.
The Grove
Deepest in the pines.
The most sheltered site on the property. Tall pines on all sides, morning light filtering through the canopy.
The Hollow
Tucked and quiet.
A natural low pocket in the land. Feels like your own private clearing.
The Nest
Cozy and close to the farm.
Wide and open at the back. Room to spread out. The peacocks tend to wander through.
The Perch
Best elevated view.
Slightly elevated with a longer sightline through the pines. Great for evening chairs.
The Plume
Named for the peacock tail.
Close to the chickens, ducks, and geese. Wake up to the sounds of the farm.
The Roost
End of the row, most private.
Last site on the loop. Furthest from the entrance, most secluded feel. It's also the closest to "The Patagonia" and coffee!

The river rustic site.
Named after the iridescent eye of the peacock feather. A rustic tent camping spot right on the Arkansas River — gravel paths, shade trees, and open water. Bring a chair, drop a line, or just sit and watch the current. $40/night — ask about availability.

Community center pergola.
A 16' × 12' cedar wood pergola at the entrance of camp, just left of the roundabout road. Morning coffee, evening movies on the side screen, and a 5' fire ring right outside. Furnished with Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, bar stools, coffee tables, an outdoor rug, and a water cooler. String lights overhead. PowerPort outlets built in — 3 USB + 3 120V.

Emu-Mu
aka Dodo-Duo
The unofficial welcome committee. Emu-Mu will follow you to the river, show up at your site uninvited, and generally act like he owns the place. He does.
Peacocks
The namesakes. They roam freely, fan their tails through The Plume, and occasionally remind you who this property is really for.
Chickens, Ducks & Geese
Gather your own eggs in the morning. The flock is loud, opinionated, and part of the daily rhythm of the farm.
Goats & Pigs
Friendly, curious, and always nearby. The goats especially have opinions about visitors.

What's Coming
Growing With You
Follow our progress as we get ready for our first guests on Labor Day weekend 2026.
We will soon begin to plant thornless blackberry shrubs between each RV site, along with wildflowers to support our own honeybee production. This work goes hand-in-hand with our efforts to eradicate bark beetles, which are decimating forests across our state.
We have plans to add a laundry facility and a shower house and restroom for our guests. We will continue to grow the amenities as we establish and build our community.
