Founded in 2023, Peacock Pines is sure to be a beloved RV park for generations. Originally established on a Christmas tree farm, our small (6 spots only) park offers shoreline access to the Arkansas River along with lightning fast internet.
Gather your own eggs in the morning for an omelette or try your luck fishing from our shore. Working from home with this high speed internet will be a breeze as you relax while you work.
Your furry and feathered friends will fit right in with the chickens, ducks, geese, goats, pigs, and of course, peacocks on our farm.

Our commitment is to providing a welcoming and peaceful "back to nature" environment for all residents and visitors. We will never have more than 6 RVs on the property, so you can be assured that your visit, whether it is long or short, will be private and relaxing.
High speed Internet is FREE and UNLIMITED! Of course, you have access to trash disposal. Water is available on the property and 20/30/50 amp electric all are individually billed to your usage.

We are close to amenities: 5 mins from gas station and propane; 10 mins from groceries; 20 mins from Muskogee and one hour from Tulsa. All sites are in a FEMA X flood zone. (Non flooding)

Long and short term rentals are available. One of the 6 sites will be reserved for daily/weekly guests. $600/mo. Daily rate is $45/night or $35 for dry camping with no hookup. Also, ask about tent camping on the shore for $40/night.) You pay water and electric (which is metered to your spot.) Internet and trash are included.

I’m looking for quiet, respectful people with whom to share my 56 acres of gated property. We are NOW ready for our new RV visitors. We are located on what was intended to be a Christmas tree farm twenty years ago. Fortunately for us, the trees were never removed and now they offer a Black Forest feel to this part of Oklahoma.
Follow our progress as we begin to plant wildflowers and start our own honeybee productions. This will be in conjunction with our work towards eradicating bark beetles which are decimating forests in our state.
Eventually, we will include septic dump stations, and we have plans to put in a laundry facility as well for our guests. We will continue to add amenities as we establish and grow our community. From your own yard, you can: gather farm fresh eggs; watch the wildlife that comes for visits; fish and swim in the warm, shallow, sandy Arkansas River; farm a plot of land; target shoot; hunt deer, turkey, boar, and ducks; raise livestock; bring your horses to ride; or explore the acres on your ATVs. You can load a boat from the dock two miles away, or off road on your ATVs in an established area four miles up the road.
I am also a lover of animals, so the property is currently home to 6 very friendly goats, a pig, dog, and a big flock of birds, including peacocks (of course), that free range the property. All animals are allowed, but dogs that will kill chickens will need to be kept tied up.
We are in the process of working with the state of Oklahoma to establish our farm under Oklahoma's homestead law, which states that property owners may exempt up to 160 rural acres (to help protect farms).
Our Avian Exhibition Permit and our Commercial Pet Breeders license will soon allow us to help you find the perfect pets or livestock for your own home- wherever that may be.
We have 6 RV/trailer/sites with private access to the Arkansas River. All sites are 50/30/20 amp, water, trash dumpster, and fiber gigabit 1000mbps internet and are separated from other sites by 4 rows of trees. (Septic will not be initially onsite, but it will be. In the meantime, septic can be dumped 2 miles away at Greenway State Park dump site for $10.)
Sites are approx 18 by 150 feet of parking area with 4 rows of pines separating each site. There is a roundabout driveway for each site. Sites are unpaved, but the lots have strong roots and are heavily mulched with pine chips.
Each of the areas will have their own garden and/or greenhouse area which will be used to grow produce for our community and our guests.
